These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TaDa: Reveal Timer iOS application ("TaDa", the "App") and any related websites or support pages operated by Barder Works LLC ("Barder Works", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using TaDa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use TaDa only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms, or if your use is approved and supervised by a parent, guardian, teacher, caregiver, or other responsible adult.
Adults and caregivers are responsible for supervising use of the App and deciding whether TaDa is appropriate for a particular person, routine, environment, or activity.
Subject to these Terms, Barder Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TaDa on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, family, classroom, caregiving, or routine-support purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where allowed by law.
TaDa is a simple timer and routine support tool. It is designed to help with everyday routines, transitions, and countdowns by showing time in a visual way.
You are responsible for the timers, labels, durations, themes, and settings you create or choose in the App, and for how TaDa is used in any real-world setting.
TaDa is not medical, therapeutic, educational, or behavioral treatment advice. It does not replace guidance from a qualified professional, caregiver, teacher, therapist, clinician, or other appropriate support person.
TaDa does not diagnose, treat, teach, train, or evaluate anyone. It is a visual timer and routine support tool only.
TaDa includes free features and offers TaDa Plus as a one-time purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. Free features and TaDa Plus features may change over time as the App is updated.
App Store purchases are subject to Apple's terms, payment rules, refund process, and purchase restoration systems. Barder Works does not receive or store full payment details.
We aim to keep TaDa useful and available, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
You may not use TaDa in a way that interferes with the App's operation, violates the law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to bypass App Store purchase controls.
You are responsible for maintaining any device backups you consider important. Deleting the App may remove locally stored timers, themes, and preferences from your device, subject to your Apple and device backup settings.
TaDa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where warranties are required by law.
We do not guarantee that any timer, alert, sound, visual display, or saved setting will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular routine or setting.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barder Works LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TaDa.
This includes, without limitation, missed timers, misunderstood countdowns, lost local settings, device issues, or decisions made based on routines or timers you configure in the App.
You may stop using TaDa at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Barder Works LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
