These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sickbay Tracker iOS application (“Sickbay”, the “App”) and any related websites or support pages operated by Barder Works LLC (“Barder Works”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Sickbay Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use Sickbay Tracker only if you:
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms, Barder Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Sickbay Tracker on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
Sickbay Tracker is a personal logging tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
The information you enter into the App is for your own record-keeping. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical questions or concerns.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Sickbay Tracker. The App does not verify medical information and does not independently validate symptoms, temperatures, medication details, or other health notes.
Sickbay stores your logs locally on your device. The App does not maintain a cloud database of your health records. You are responsible for maintaining any backups of your device that you consider important.
If you choose to export, share, or present your logs to a healthcare provider or other third party, you are responsible for how that information is used and interpreted.
Certain features (such as reminders, notifications, or calendar-related features) require permissions you control through iOS Settings. You may enable or disable these at any time.
If Apple Health or other integrations are offered in future versions, they will be optional and subject to your permission.
Sickbay Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barder Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Sickbay Tracker.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of health records, or decisions made based on information stored in the App.
You may stop using Sickbay Tracker at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Barder Works LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
