Ring Ref ("Ring Ref," the "App") is an iOS app built and operated by Barder Works LLC ("Barder Works," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Ring Ref may process, how that information is used, and the choices available to you when you use the App, its website, or related services.

Ring Ref is a timing and reminder tool designed to help calls, sessions, consultations, and other timed conversations stay on track through audible time checkpoints and related session tools.
Ring Ref is not a call recorder, transcription service, or note-taking service.
Ring Ref is designed to provide its timing functionality without collecting the content of your conversations.

Ring Ref's timing features do not require us to listen to, understand, or know what is being discussed during a call.
Ring Ref processes limited information necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support the App. The information involved depends on the features you use and may include the following:
Ring Ref may store settings you choose, such as timer duration, reminder timing, language, appearance, audio preferences, and other App preferences.
Ring Ref may process limited information about how the App is used, such as whether a session was started or completed, session duration, use of particular features, or similar App activity.
Session and feature activity does not include the audio, transcript, subject matter, or spoken content of your conversation.
Ring Ref may process information necessary to determine access to subscriptions, trials, session credits, or other paid features.
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Ring Ref may receive transaction, product, subscription, entitlement, or purchase-status information needed to determine what features you have access to.
Barder Works does not receive your full payment card information from Apple.
Ring Ref may collect limited technical and usage information to understand how the App is being used and to improve its reliability and features. This may include information such as App version, device or operating-system information, feature interactions, session events, crash information, performance information, and similar technical signals.
Ring Ref may use privacy-focused, pseudonymous, or hashed identifiers to distinguish App usage without requiring information such as your name, email address, phone number, call participants, or conversation content.
If you contact us, submit feedback, vote on features, participate in a survey, send a support request, provide localization feedback, or use another feature that allows you to submit information, we may process the information you choose to provide.
Ring Ref may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to store, synchronize, or associate certain App information with your use of Ring Ref.
Depending on the features you use, this may include information such as session-credit records, feature votes, feedback, preferences, or other App-related information.
CloudKit information is processed using Apple's infrastructure and may be associated with your iCloud account as necessary for Apple to provide those services.
Ring Ref may add additional features that use iCloud or CloudKit for storage, synchronization, restoration, or similar functionality. Those features remain subject to the privacy practices described in this Policy.
Ring Ref may introduce optional features that allow you to save additional preferences, maintain session-related information, synchronize information, submit feedback, participate in feature voting, personalize the App, or otherwise interact with Ring Ref.
When a feature requires additional information, Ring Ref may process the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve that feature.
The introduction of additional App features does not change Ring Ref into a call-recording or transcription service. Unless we clearly tell you otherwise and obtain any permissions or consent required by law or the platform, Ring Ref does not collect the audio or spoken content of your calls.
Ring Ref's core timing functionality does not require microphone access.
Certain features may request system permissions when necessary. For example, Ring Ref may request permission to send notifications.
When a system permission is required, iOS provides the applicable permission prompt. You can review or change granted permissions through your device settings.
Ring Ref will request device permissions when they are relevant to functionality that uses them.
Ring Ref may use privacy-focused analytics and diagnostic services to understand how people interact with the App, identify problems, measure feature usage, improve the user experience, and maintain performance and reliability.
Analytics may include events such as opening or using a feature, starting or completing a session, encountering an error, or other interactions with the App.
Analytics and diagnostic systems are not used by Ring Ref to record, transcribe, listen to, or reconstruct the content of your conversations.
When you visit a Ring Ref or Barder Works website, our hosting or infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information associated with accessing a website, such as request logs, browser or device information, approximate network information, and aggregate usage information.
We may use this information to operate, secure, maintain, and understand the performance of our websites.

Barder Works may rely on service providers that help us operate and distribute Ring Ref, process purchases, provide cloud infrastructure, provide analytics or diagnostics, host websites, deliver technical services, or otherwise support operation of the App.
These providers may process limited information as necessary to perform their services for us or as otherwise permitted under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests; investigate fraud or misuse; protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Barder Works, our users, or others; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If Barder Works or Ring Ref is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information associated with the business may be transferred as permitted by applicable law.
Because Ring Ref is not designed to collect call recordings, transcripts, or conversation content, those materials are not part of the information Ring Ref is designed to provide to analytics or operational service providers.
Ring Ref may offer subscriptions, free trials, session credits, or other purchases through Apple's App Store.
Apple processes App Store transactions under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. Ring Ref may receive information necessary to verify a transaction or determine your entitlement to App features.
We do not receive your complete payment card information from Apple.
Some Ring Ref information may be stored locally on your device.
Information used by cloud-backed features, analytics, feedback systems, support systems, or other online functionality may also be processed or stored using Barder Works' or our service providers' infrastructure, including Apple's iCloud or CloudKit where applicable.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing App functionality, maintaining security and reliability, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing our agreements and rights.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, where it is stored, and the feature with which it is associated.

Ring Ref is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in a manner that requires parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to address the information in accordance with applicable law.

However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
