These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pluck iOS application (“Pluck”, the “App”) and any related websites or support pages operated by Barder Works LLC (“Barder Works”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Pluck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use Pluck only if you:
By using Pluck, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms, Barder Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pluck on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
Pluck scans and groups items in your photo library on your device to help you review and delete clutter such as screenshots, duplicates, and similar images.
You are responsible for reviewing any items before deletion. Pluck provides tools to help organize your photos, but deletion actions are initiated by you.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your photos and data. We recommend enabling iCloud or other backup services before deleting large groups of items.
Barder Works is not responsible for accidental deletions, data loss, or restoration failures resulting from actions taken within the App.
Pluck is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store Terms and policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms may control.
Pluck is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barder Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Pluck.
This includes, without limitation, loss of photos, videos, metadata, or other personal content.
You may stop using Pluck at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Barder Works LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
