Found Here is a lightweight posting, reporting, and coordination tool only. It is not a storage provider, bailee, insurer, escrow service, law-enforcement service, investigation service, authentication service, or guarantor of return.
Barder Works LLC and Found Here do not take possession of items and do not verify ownership, finder claims, item condition, legality, authenticity, or safety. Barder Works LLC and Found Here are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, dangerous, illegal, misidentified, unclaimed, or improperly returned items, and are not responsible for interactions between users, finders, claimants, parks, shops, volunteers, or other third parties.
We make no guarantee that any item will be found, posted, matched, held, preserved, or returned. We also make no guarantee regarding uptime, access, accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site or service.

Participating businesses, parks, public places, volunteers, and other locations are independent third parties. Their involvement does not make them agents, partners, representatives, or custodians of Barder Works LLC. Barder Works LLC is not responsible for how any third-party location handles items, postings, communications, access, or interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barder Works LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, or property, arising out of or related to the site, service, postings, items, interactions, or these terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Barder Works LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or service shall not exceed the greater of $0 or the amount you paid to the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or the service shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
